Shihan Sharyn Hauff started training in Martial Arts in 1991 and holds a Probationary 6th Degree in Zen Do Kai, a 4th Degree in BJMA Muay Thai, a 1st Degree in BJMA Krav Maga and also has extensive ring fighting experience as well as having trained with many great martial artists.

Classes available include -

  • Zen Do Kai
  • Kidz Karate (6 – 12years)
  • BJMA Muay Thai
  • Kidz Kickboxing (6 – 12 years)
  • Self defence courses
  • Group and private lessons are also available.

Casual, monthly, student and family rates are available.
