🤜Zen Do Kai – Teens and adults, all levels
🤜Muay Thai – Teens and adults, all levels
🤜Krav Maga – 16yrs + all levels
🤜Eskrima – 14yrs+ all levels
🤜BJJ – teens and adults
1st half of the day we ask you to train in a style you currently learn, the 2nd part of the day you are welcome to try something for the 1st time!
