BJMA Kickboxing sessions are designed for novices through to amateur/professional fighters. BJMA Kickboxing Centres and Clubs provide exciting, high-energy sessions, as well as challenging physical workouts that will improve balance, speed and power. These sessions are easily accessible/adaptable for beginners, while using every muscle in the body in an interval-style training workout that burns body fat. Sessions require focus and discipline while each training session develops physical and mental endurance.

BJMA Kickboxing is the total fitness regime to meet the needs for a healthy, fit lifestyle that provides the flexibility to suit busy schedules.  Some BJMA Centres and Clubs offer amateur and professional training and coaching also.

BJMA Kickboxing incorporates a grading system to keep challenging your own personal best. Gradings provide a training goal improving focus and offers a sense of achievement Gradings also provide an opportunity to receive feedback on technique and to gauge your own personal development.

BJMA Kickboxing is taught in a caring, safe, risk-assessed and controlled environment by BJMA Certified Black 1st Degree and above Instructors. All BJMA affiliated centres and clubs are independently operated and owned.

BJMA trainers and students have the opportunity to travel annually to Sityodtong Muay Thai Camp in Thailand to train and respectfully celebrate the local culture on the yearly BJMA Thailand Tour , that which has been a BJMA custom for over 30 years.

The annual BJMA Thai Tour is over for 2019, keep a check here and we will update you when we book a date for 2020.

Soke Bob Jones, BJMA Founder, introduced Muay Thai techniques into his systems more than 30 years ago, and it wasn’t long after that the BJC Muay Thai System was developed, which is now know as BJMA Kickboxing.
