Bob Jones's time is also carefully allotted to advise and guide his martial arts organisation of 1,000 schools of self defence throughout Australasia currently developing 20,000 students towards Black Belt.

He has made numerous television appearances providing self defense tips for women and writes regular magazine columns as well as providing expert commentary for kick boxing bouts.

As one of the highest ranked and most respected martial artists in Australia, Bob Jones was awarded the prestigious Blitz Martial Arts Magazine Lifetime Achievement Award in 1997.

With a number of highly successful business interests Bob Jones continues to take an active interest in the ongoing development of Zen Do Kai, with many highly qualified instructors assisting him, conducting training sessions and seminars throughout the world.

DVD 1 - "CONDITIONING"

This DVD features Jane and David Wills, married into the martial arts and highly ranked students of Rod Stroud in Western Australia.

This conditioning program will prepare you to have a working knowledge of warming up your body prior to training at home.

DVD 2 - "PRELIMINARIES"

This DVD features Justin Boylan of Perth, WA assisted by his number one student, Dean Woodhams, both of whom are first generation black belts to Rod Stroud in Western Australia.

Justin’s intricately explicit presentation of BJC - Freestyle’s five preliminaries will totally prepare the beginner to advance on to any instructional DVDs from my extensive range. Likewise, I believe there is also a wealth of knowledge for any black belt of any style viewing this video.

This DVD features re-edited footage (filmed in 1983) of Master Bob Jones performing and explaining two forms step by step and at grading timing.

DVD 5 - "PROBATIONARY BLACK BELT"

This DVD features Steve Nedelkos, 7th Degree Black Belt and one of the senior advisor of the Bob Jones Corporation, in a graphically visual explanation of what makes a BJC Black Belt.

Steve Nedelkos has trained with the Founder since 1972; his intricate explanation of each of the ‘sixty-one movements’ is done in such a way that even an untrained viewer can see the movements in their simplest form as self defence applications.

*This presentation is highly recommended as a restraint and control reference for any security personnel, particularly those in the crowd control field (i.e. nightclubs, hotels, major events etc.)
