FIRST AID CERTIFICATE

Intercept Training conducts the Work Cover approved First Aid course PRSSG25A.

The criteria for this course are as follows:

There are two parts to this program (total cost $100.00):

Part 1, is a Theory Workbook which must be completed prior to the commencement of the practical day. Please note that the Workbook will not be issued until the course has been paid for in full.

Part 2, is the One Day Practical component which commences with a test based on the Theory Workbook. (Also note that if you do not bring the workbook with you completed you will not be admitted to the class! ).

The remainder of the day relates to the practical aspects of First Aid such as bandaging, bleeding, poisoning, cardiac arrest and CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) etc, plus a range of associated topics. On successful completion of these 2 sections, a Work Cover Approved First Aid Certificate, which is valid for 3 years, will be issued usually within a few days.
