PART TWO: UFO – TEAM COMBAT BOXING SERIES (13 Episodes)
For 95% of the time these teams use western UFO – boxing rules. These are very similar rules to those sanctioned by the 9th Marquees of Queensbury in 1867 with a slight name change to ‘SHOOT- BOXING’ for a new 21st Century entity.
Modern ‘FIVE MEMBER’ UFO – ‘SHOOT-BOXING’ TEAMS fight a maximum of five rounds, each round of five minutes duration. A ‘SHOOT’ is a defensive throwing technique and/or a blow with the elbow, both and/or either of these techniques may only be used for defence against a grappler/mauler.
These two changes being part of the 5% differences devised for UFO – TEAM COMBAT SPORTS by Robert V Jones, electrifying adaptations to UFO – TEAM BOXING.

PART THREE: UFO – TEAM COMBAT KICKBOXING SERIES (13 Episodes)
For 75% of the time these teams of fighters use the ‘seven-rules’ written by Jim “Big Jack” Broughton in 1743. The 25% difference is in how they now mix western boxing techniques with martial arts techniques – using more modern technical knowledge.
Aptly named ‘8 weapons fighting’ as they use both arms for fists & elbow strikes – plus both legs using feet & knees for kicking.
The name and concept of Kickboxing, was devised by Robert V Jones in 1976 is currently being staged in 106 countries under the banner of WKA – World Kara-te & Kickboxing Association with the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES being staged during November each year.

CAGE-COMBAT
PART FOUR: UFO – TEAM CAGE-COMBAT SERIES (13 Episodes)
This is serious, 99% of the time these dynamic teams use almost the same rules used in Greece from 776 BCE. – 146 BCE. which continued into Rome from 146 BCE. – 393 AD. That 1% means they can do one thing the Romans could not do, that is ‘TAP-OUT’. For the inaugural UFO – TEAM COMBAT CAGE-SERIES Robert V Jones has devised a couple of minor rules changes, avoiding premature stoppages.
A ‘TAP-OUT’ does not cause loss of the fight – for submitting you lose that round and (After doctors’ instant ringside clearance) the next round continues. Three submissions over five rounds for stoppage.
‘GROUND & POUND’ will be moderated by intervention of the referee applying a ‘FAST FIVE COUNT’ to allow the fighter a very brief opportunity (3 to 5 seconds) to re-stand and continue with the bout – both submission and/or knockdown situations costing the victim either automatic severe penalty points or possibly, instant loss of bout.
